GPJ Morristown LLC, doing business as Green Point Juicery (“Green Point Juicery,” “we,”“us,” or “our”), operates a juice bar and catering business in Morristown, New Jersey, along with the website greenpointjuicery.com and online ordering at gpjuicery.com.

1. Information We Collect
Information you give us directly
Contact details — your name, email address, phone number, and company name, when you fill out a catering inquiry form, sign up for our email or text list, or contact us
Order information — items ordered, pickup or delivery details, order history, and any dietary preferences or special requests you tell us
Catering inquiry details — the size of your group, your event date, and whether you are asking about a one-time or recurring order
Loyalty program information — your enrollment details, visit history, points balance, and rewards earned, if you join our loyalty program
Payment information. Payments are processed by Square. We do not collect or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation of the transaction and limited details such as the last four digits and card type.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website or ordering site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent, referring website, and general location inferred from your IP address. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel — see Section 4.
Information from third parties. If you submit a catering inquiry through a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta provides us with the information you entered on that form.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
Fulfill and deliver your orders, including catering orders
Respond to catering inquiries and send pricing
Operate our loyalty program and issue rewards
Send marketing messages by email and text, where you have given us permission
Understand how our website and ordering pages are used, so we can improve them
Measure and improve our advertising, including understanding which ads lead to inquiries or orders
Prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Text Messages and Email
Text messages. If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts from us, we may send you marketing messages about promotions, new products, and store updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase.
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at greenpointjuicery@gmail.com.
Email. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, or by contacting us at greenpointjuicery@gmail.com.
We may still send you non-marketing messages about an order you placed, such as an order confirmation or a pickup notification, after you opt out of marketing.
4. Cookies, Pixels, and Advertising
Our website and ordering site use cookies and tracking technologies, including the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
These tools help us understand how people find and use our site, and allow us to show ads to people who have visited our website or who resemble our existing customers. Information collected this way may include your device and browser information, the pages you viewed, and actions you took on our site.
We may also upload contact information, such as email addresses or phone numbers, to advertising platforms including Meta in order to show ads to our existing customers or to reach people with similar characteristics. When we do this, the information is converted into a coded form (hashed) before it is transmitted.
Your choices:
You can control cookies through your browser settings
You can adjust how Meta uses your information for advertising in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences
Many browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to these signals, and our site does not currently respond to them.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who help us run the business, and only for that purpose:

6. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for as long as you remain enrolled in our loyalty program or subscribed to our marketing lists — and afterward as needed to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. See Section 7.

We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and some information may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law. If you are a New Jersey resident and believe we have not addressed your request, you may contact the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
8. Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at greenpointjuicery@gmail.com and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information, and we rely on established service providers such as Square for payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be communicated through our website or by contacting you directly.
